This issue has been fixed, so now there is a way for renderers to manage the
client-rowkey cache.
Currently, the client-rowkey cache grows indefinitely for the UIXTree and
UIXTreeTable components.
The Renderers for these components should be modified to take advantage of the
new ClientRowKeyManager
api to prune the client-key map when nodes in the tree are collapsed.
