TreeTable and Tree should log warning when nodeStamp facet is missing

The tree and treeTable components are pretty much useless without the
"nodeStamp" facet.
So if this facet is missing, we should log a warning.
The reason this is important is that when using the treeTable, users typically
setup the columns correctly. But then they don't realise that
they also need to setup the nodeStamp column.
When they run the app,they see their columns but no way to expand collapse into
them, and no indication of how to enable that.
