PPR in panelAccordion does not work on PDAs

When one clicks on a showDetailItem child of a panelAccordion, showDetailItem
children do not show up. On Refreshing the page they do. This is happening for
the following mobile browsers : Pocket IE and IE Mobile.PPR does not work
because of 'id' mismatches in the server response. Therefore, I propose doing a
full page submission for now and working on correcting PPR response.
