No PPR on 'Select All' and 'Select None' buttons in a tr:table

When using a select many table - e.g. faces/components/treeTable_selection.jspx
- clicking on 'Select All' or 'Select None' causes a complete page refresh.
On the same page in the demo application
(faces/components/treeTable_selection.jspx) there are 'Expand All' and
'Collapse All' buttons adjacent to the 'Select All/None' buttons. The 'Expand
*' buttons work using a Partial Page Refresh so probably the 'Select All/None'
buttons should also work using PPR.
