Documentation Change for 'value' attribute

Currently the description of 'value' attribute says 'the value of the
component'. But it would be better for the user to understand if we add the
following point as well
"If value binding EL doesn't have a setter method defined in the backing bean,
then the component will be rendered in 'readonly' mode."
