The way to specify menus has been changed as documented here
(http://incubator.apache.org/adffaces/api-changes.html - search menuTabs), but
there is no documentation on how to skin the new components that represent the
menus, more specifically for the menuTabs. Note that the Trinidad Demo has
also not been updated and therefore still using the old skinning mechanism for
tabs.
