Description: Users of the XMLMenuModel can call, via the PropertyResolver,
into a menu node to get individual attribute values. Before this change,getting
a node's "id" attribute would not return the value of the "id" attribute seen
in the menu's metadata. So I have changed MenuNode.getId() to return the value
seen in the menu metadata (which is not necessarily unique). A unique id,
needed internally, is now obtained internally through the protected method,
