Marks ui and uinode packages as deprecated

As discussed on the mailing list, ui and uinode packages should be flagged
deprecated as they come from the old UIX codebase and should no longer be used
since most components now have a Faces major renderer.
This flag will also help us identify the remaining dependencies to those old
packages and thus help us remove them.
