Ok, I stand corrected. Sorry about that. Is there a changelog anywhere?
Also, is there an updated zip available? I'd rather not use a Subversion
snapshot in production.

The 10.1.3 code is the oldest of the bunch.  The first Apache
drop is more recent, and the code in Subversion right now is
the latest (and current) code.
