Problem areas are usually:
- Code executing in a filter (not run during portlets)
- Incorrect access to servlet APIs
- Failure to use ExternalContext URL encoding APIs

I believe we're good on the second;  I haven't analyzed the
former or the third.  I don't think the effort would be that
large.
