This situation i saw in all tribal area ,jawahar mokhad area i met young boys who are waiting for call of teachers . i spoke to them why they are not getting job in school they told me mam any school we go management ask us 4 to 5lakh if we had so much money why will do job . i was very upset looking at these situation so many are B"ed,Ded educated why govt is not making new recruitment in their area and give them job . in jawahar area inter area on mountain school but teacher one for 1std 4std .if These are not working coming to tribal area then give chance to young educated local area man .then how our tribal children will be educated and if basic school education is not proper how he grow . smita

All those teacher are imported from particular district. Observation shows in all recruitments % of local tribals is Negligible (less than 2%). On other side their are 300 unemployed tribals with d ed/b ed (just in dahanu, talasari, palghar taluka). Still waiting for job but unfortunately in all ITDP ashram school (so called tribal dept), zp school, private school,etc recruited non tribals from over 300km. These teachers with very poor approach to tribal community and they are busy for recovering their investment. How they will be part of tribal development ? (2 years back All of those unemployed youth mate with tribal minister Rajendra Gavit , but still no response) What massage will pass to Tribal youth? Govt. , adminstration, leader, youth must think once...
