Govt of Maharastra issued Govt. Resolution (G.R.) Dt. 18 May 2013 for
verification of caste By Jayantkumar Banthiya Chief Secretory MS.. As you
are well aware about the fact that most of employee in Govt. and Semi Govt.
services obtained fake caste certificate of Scheduled Tribe as to get
appointment and promotional benefits meant for Tribes. After issuence of
the said GR, bogus tribes arranging Morchas and Dharana at different
palces. They meet politician to get support for the protection after
invalidation of their bogus tribe caste certificate. Recently Mr Anant Tare
(He is Koli 'bogus' Tribe, who impersonate himself as 'Mahadeo Koli' Tribe)
met CM P. Chauhan on the issue of protection. On the other side there are
no movement initiated by real and genuine Tribe to counter attack on those
culprits who grab the constitutional benefits of Tribe since last five
decades. Here in Nagpur there are more than 1,00,000 well organized upper
caste KOSTI people sought caste certificate of HALBA Scheduled Tribe and
still enjoying benefits of service in Govt Sectr. Wellknown Notorious
Chandrabhan Parate SDO Aheri Dist. Gadchiroli, got appointed through ST
category as Naib Tahsildar and promoted to present post. Now he left the
claim of Halba Tribe after invalidation by Scrutiny committee and obtained
caste certificate of KOSTI (SBC) caste. Chandrkant and Pradeep Dange both
Dy. Collector (One in Nagpur and other in Mubai Mantralaya )Brothers are
fighting legal battle in S.C. to protect their services as they also got
bogus caste certificate of Halba Tribe instead both belong to upper KOSTI
caste. Real tribe must compel the Govt. to follow the caste verification
policy strictly and open the preoccupied roster points to appoint and
promote tribes in services.
At this juncture WHERE and WHEN THE REAL TRIBAL EMPLOYEES AND
ORGANIZATIONS TO VOICE THIS BURNING ISSUE....?
