Dear All Tribal Activists... 

Vtthal Nanaji Meshram ,(Tribe)  aged about 38 R/O Dhorwasa , under Bhadrawati
Police station chndrapur District(MS) was brutally murdered by upper caste
people main accused Akash Madhukar Jenekar  and  other three R/O Dhorwasa   at 
evening  on  June 6th,2014.  Crime No. 127/2014 registered on 07/06/2014 in
Bhrawati police Station under sectin 302/34 I.P.C. against accused. PI
Padadhane  and API chauhan investigating the
matter.   
    In this case, complaint was lodged by
Ganpat Nanaji Meshram aged about 30, younger  brother in diseased family.  
Meshram family lives in Dhorwasa and with this
other three tribal families reside there among majority Kunabi (OBC) families
in village. Akash Jenekar belongs to Kunabi caste. He always use to torture and
beat  him.  He brutally killed Vitthal on 6th June .  Naturally along with 
302/34 IPC Atrocity
Act  attracted but investigating officers
PI Padaghane And API Chauhan in FIR, taking advantage of ignorance of poor
tribal Family  they have written that
Vitthal was lunatic as to support the murderer Akash Janekar  who belongs to 
Kunabi upper caste. To deprive
the tribal family from getting the grant of Rs 100000/-  this policeman work in 
favor of culprits and
registered crime under Atrocity Act  vary
late. Being a part of tribal community we must demand before the authorities 
concerned
to  register offence  under section 4 of the said act against PI
Padaghane And API chauhan as they having  knowledge regarding the Tribal caste 
of
Vithhal Mesham, knowingly  they avoided
to registered offence under Atrocity Act -1989.
   I appeal to those Tribal Activist to support the Tribal Family and create
pressure on administration to immediately help  diseased  family Rs 100000/- As 
per provision in the Act.
Send representation in this regard to Home Minister and SP Chandrapur.  For 
immediate suspension of these policeman.
