लोकप्रतिनिधीनी त्यानीच बनविलेल्या कायध्या विरोधी अंदोलनाला जाणे योग्य नाही .आदिवासीसंबधीचे सर्व कायदे जनजाती सल्लागार परिषदेच्या सम्मतीने केले जातात . अनुसूचित क्षेत्रासाठी Central Civil Services Authirity धरतीवर स्वतंत्र cadre गठीत करण्याची शिफारस असताना राज्यानी /राज्यपालानी काही क आणि ड वर्गातील पदे आरक्षित करून आदिवासीवर अन्यायच केला आहे. आता हेच प्रतीनिधी त्याला काला कायदा सांगतात . हे सर्व संवग लोकप्रियतेसाठी होत आहे .
