why only study of 17 tribes, when the survey study has already been done by TRTI. if government want to spend the money on sundry things then do the survey and study of all the listed tribes. it is better that the allotted money should be spent for the students books, notebook, food, hostels ashramschools, creating self employment for the unemployed tribals, water supply, training to farmers etc.
