निसता माहिती साठी : मेह्यान मेक्यानिकल इंजिनियरिंग केला, मंगा क्याड क्याम चा कोर्स केला सहा महन्याचा. न दहा वरसा पायसि ह्युंदाई मोटर्स चे संशोधन केंद्रात नोकरी करितु. सालत ना कोलेज ला होतु तव्हा पायसि समाजा साठी काही काही कराय पाहावं पन काय करावा त्या समजत नाय होता. पण १० वारसा वेग वेगला काम नांगला वेग वेगले कामात सहभागी पण झालू. पण मंगा वाटला सगली जना त्यांचे त्यांचे बाजू पायसि बेस काम करीत, पण आदिवासी समाज एक प्राथमिकता घेण ना आदिवासी समाजा ला स्वालंबी बनवायचा होवा त बाहेरचे माणसावर अवलंबून किवा त्यांना नावा ठेवायच्या पेक्षा समाजातुनुच सामाजिक कार्याची सुरवात होय पाहज त्या साठी मंगा पोरा पोरांचा आपले आयुश चालू केला. आथा १० वारसां होत आलिहा तंत्रज्ञाना चे हारी फार काही झालाहे. राज्य देश भरातील आदिवासी वेग वेगळे मार्गांनी जोडले गेलेहात. या काम आझूक मजबूत ना गतिशील कराया काही तरी करू असा विचार मनात होता. तव्हा राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण विकास आणि पंचायत राज संस्था यांच्या आदिवासी विकास व्यवस्थापन या पदव्युत्तर अभ्यासक्रमा विषयी माहित पडला. मेह्यान त्यात प्रवेश घेतला आहे, म्होटी म्होटी पुस्तका अलिहा. एक वारसाचा कोर्स आहे. एक एक करून गोष्टी सांगन हाव सगलयाना. चलो त मंगा मन पुस्तकातले नजरेतून आदिवासी समाज समजून घेव ना त्या दृष्टीने काही सामाजा साठी काही बेस करवला त करून पाहू. आपला ज्ञान/कौशल्य नोकरी व्यवसाया व्यतिरिक्त समाजा साठी उपयोगात आला तर त्या कामाचा असा माझा मत आहे. त आपले आपला ज्ञान /कौशल्य समजा साठी उपयोगात आणायचा प्रयत्न करूया!
