S/he should have good liaising skills and good understanding of government procedures, government flagship programs/schemes. S/he should be fluent in Marathi and English. 2. *Business Development Manager* (1) - S/he should have a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in craft sector with NIFT/IIHT/ATDC or any design background and at least five years of experience of working in clusters. S/he should be fluent in Marathi and English. 3. *Institution Building officer* (1) - S/he should have Masters/bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/social work and at least five years of experience in promoting producer groups, producer organisations and convergence.
