जल जंगल जमीन जीव.... जोहार ! *आपण गुंगीत आहोत कि धुंदीत आहोत?*
देशभरातील आदिवासी थोड्या अधिक फरकाने अस्तित्व संपवणाऱ्या गोष्टींना तोंड देतो आहे. विविध मार्गाने जल जंगल जमीन अस्तित्व परवावलंबी/संपवले जाते आहे. संवैधानिक अधिकार पण प्रभावीपणे अंमलात आणलेले जाणवत नाहीत. दंतेवाडा, ओडिशा, केवडीया, मेळघाट, पालघर .... इत्यादी यादी खूप मोठी आहे. २०१४ च्या अनुसूचित क्षेत्रात १००% स्थानिक आदिवासींना भरती या राज्यपालांच्या अध्यादेशाने एक तरी आदिवासींना नोकरी मिळाली हे शासन सांगू शकत नाही. प्रत्येक गावात कुशल उच्चशिक्षित आदिवासी तरुण असून नोकरी करण्यासाठी मात्र इत्तर जिल्ह्यातून *ठराविक पद्धतीने* आयात केलेली माणसे. *तरी आदिवासी समाज अजून झोपेत आहे कि गुंगीत आहे कळत नाहीये.* नकळत आपली समाज व्यवस्था, सांस्कृतिक संपदा, आर्थिक स्वावलंबन, कुशलता, स्वाभिमान हळू हळू संपतो आहे. ____________________________ आदिवासी विकास कसा तुम्हीच ठरावा There you go!
