Does that project involve actual fundraising or just making decisions on 
avenues for funding? I would suggest we look at membership fees as the main 
source of funding.

However, I think discussing funding is premature since it doesn't appear to 
be clear what CLUE's objectives are (at least not to me). Once we know what 
we are trying to accomplish, then we'll have an idea of how much money we 
need and therefore what sources of funding can cover that. We probably will 
discover that we need more money than is available in which case we'll need 
to trim our objectives to be more realistic.
