That's why I mentioned it.   'Exceptable behaviour' and 'ethics' in an 
of themselves may mean too many things.  Having spent time in both 
military, civilian and government sectors, I have seen a broad brush 
painted to 'ethics'.  An 'ethos' would define, in cold terms, what you 
mean by 'ethical behaviour'
