Is it the @linux.ca email redirection, or the website, that is the
largest bandwidth user?
Do you have the table handy? One way to lower the usage is to
distribute the load a bit amongst a number of people. With email
redirection that is easy as you can have a number of same-cost MX hosts
which would get the round-robin effect done to them. I would be willing
to have mail2.flora.ca on a round-robin MX for @linux.ca if this were to
be a direction to go.
FYI: For most of my own domains I use a simple system where I load text
files from a website automatically every few hours, and set that into the
email system. If it is a simple forward, with no multiple-names (IE: 1
email to 1 email mapping) then a simple format can be translated to the
format used by any MTA quite easily.
