No, no need.  All that is needed to set it apart is to merge it with
an eBay/Advogato trust-rating system.  The problem with elance and
their ilk is that they only attract bit jobs which are ideal for
lowest bidders, and so they get the flood.  If you add a reputation
rating, people can gauge if my exhorbitant rate is really cheaper
than some HS kid's 1/10th rate.

To be fair, job sites can also get overrun with junk.  Just look at
kw.jobs and the work-at-home offers.
