i am doing a silver anniversary video for my mom and dad. i want to have a part where i have a picture of them, and animate it so i have a picture of their head, and make my dad and my mom pretty much... dance. its something like i draw with microsoft paint, the cartoon arms, legs, feet, and stuff. then i add their face to it so it looks like they are doing it. what i want to know if it is possible to use adobe premiere in order to make the animation. using layers i mean and having the face move on a line of motion to keep the head where it's supppose to be.
