>From Sune's description it seemed that he wanted to do something for display on a PC which creates problems with fast moving objects due to interlacing. PCs are progressive display and therefore mangle the field display - the exception being programs made for editing or displaying interlaced video on a PC which do their own intenal de-interlacing or motion adaptive frame blending. If you're doing something for display on a web page, always de-interlace.

Did you just click export- movie or did you export via Adobe media encoder? I am curious as I NEVER had this problem myself but thought I had seen a fair amount of problems occuring when exporting... > Good luck > Stefanie Kappel BA (Hons.), MA, ARPS > Photography & Digital Imaging > > www.stefaniekappel.com > From: "Wes D." <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Subject: Re: Exporting video in PPro 1.5 - buggy? > De-interlace. > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Sune" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Sent: Tuesday, November 02, 2004 6:30 AM > Subject: Re: [AP] Exporting video in PPro 1.5 - buggy? > > > > > > Sune wrote: > > > Hi all! > > > I'm trying to export PAL video in ver 1.5, but i get distortion > > > (wave-like) when there are a lot of motion in the frames.
