I appreciate all the input; I was trying to find a balance between reasonable profit but not turning off potential customers by being way out of the ball park. I think I have a better sense of it all now, thanks everyone!

I called all two of my competitors to find out what they charged. We came up with a package: 100 photos plus add music that they must provide for $185.00 USD. We then charge extra if they want titles/subtitles, voiceovers, custom amaray case, etc. Check with your competitors. They have already done the homework for you!
