Hm, I wonder if your problem relates to the darkening of rendered parts of
the timeline of about 10 ire that I've experienced with a new Vaio notebook
running 6.5.

Why don't you try adding the "broadcast filter" to everything in your
project (back up project first or save under new file name for this test),
render that, and see if your "darkening" issue remains. Actually, why don't
you try two tests, one without changing default filter values, and another
changing the "110" to "100." I think, though, that the default 110 will be
ok for the test.

All your levels should then top out at 100 ire - in essence, you'll be
darkening everything else to match the places your titles appear.

This might solve your problem, I dunno. Please let us know if this solves
or helps alleviate your problem, or if not.

Best Regards,
Jesse Pollard
