How to use the Plugin is on the website were you got
it...try putting it in the "Plugins" folder in
Photoshop...it shows up at the bottom of the Filters
list. it's "PSI or Metix"

I'll try to give you a guide to using it for your
Project

Let's call your Actors, #1 and #2, each one is on a
separate video clip (300 frames each 30 FPS)...load
#1's video clip into Premiere and >Export
Timeline>Movie>Settings>Targa Sequence..****** Make a
folder for these -- let's call it "Actor 1 Sequences",
export to that folder. You will now have 300 files
numbered sequencially....do the same to Actor #2.

Now in Photoshop open up "Actor 1 Sequences" Folder
and select the the lowest numbered file
*0001.tga....now open "Actor 2 Seq." Folder and select
*0001.tga
Now when using the PSI Plugin it wants you to select
the image you want to match to....then you select the
image to apply to...so always use the same order when
selecting files...Actor #1 first then Actor #2...you
should make New Folders for both...let's call them
"Actor #1 Seq-Final" and "Actor #2 Seq-Final" and save
the color corrected files there ***** DON"T CHANGE THE
FILE NAMES !!!!! Now after you've made all your
corrections ( 300 files for each Actor = 600 !) Go
into
Premiere, make your project settings as
normal...>Import>Folder>Actor 1 Seq-Final....**** SET
YOUR STILL IMAGE Settings to 1
frame...>Edit>Preferences.
Now Select your Folder in the Bin, select
>Edit>Automate to Timeline>Whole Bin>Placement
Sequencially>Insert at Begining>Clip Overlap 0 Frames,
uncheck anything to do with Transitions....ok now you
have all your color corrected frames in sequencial
order...ready to export to a .avi or .mov..don't use
any compression on export. Repeat this for Actor #2.

Now you can make your final project and use the color
corrected video files you just made.

Test out the Plugin first and see if it gives you what
your looking for....export a single frame of both of
the Actors video's >Export Timeline>Frame...before you
start. It's a long drawn out process so testing is
needed. ;)
