I am trying to export a very short presentation to DVD. When I start the process the "menu window" finds the DVD burner and reads the blank DVD. However, after you start the "record" process it progresses about halfway and then sends an error message that the "device is not ready". I have searched both past messages and the Adobe troubleshooting forum to no avail. There was one message that refered to a possible problem because of sp2. Does anybody have any other ideas?
