yeah...the areas that start to glitch are fast motioned.  
well...some of them are.  also, i couldn't encode the project as an 
MPEG 2.  it told me it had a problem with video frames?  do u know 
what that means?

i've never gone to school for any of this...just been hands on for 
about a year and a half.  so...any help u can give would be greatly 
appreciated.
