Is your Harddrive formatted FAT32 or NTFS ?

I'm having problem with using export to DVD feature in premiere pro v7.0. That feature used to work fine before although it takes huge amount of time. But now whenever I try to use export to DVD in premiere, it freezes. It doesn't give me any error message. It just stops encoding in certain point and never finishes the encoding.
