Cableguy,

You can use an "Audio Transition".
Under the Project->Effects window you should see the "Audio Transition" 
Folder.
Under that folder you should see a "Crossfade" folder with two transitions.
Choose what ever one you want and drag it to the beginning or end of 
your audio and there you go!
