I just ran the test that you told me to.  It did not go over 25& usage in the 
CPU process so I guess that is not my problem.  I used the settings that came 
up when I exported it out of adobe premier maybe I am doing something wrong in 
that area.  Like I said the is my first process so I guess I am learning as I go

Thank you so much for your help.  I wish you taught a class on the net in this 
area you are so knowlageable.  Is there a chat room on the net that you know of 
that deals with adobe premier pro?  I am trying to learn all I can about it
