If you run the Canopus setup program, it should automatically load the plug-in to the correct folder for you. Do you have a DVStorm2 card in your computer? Did you download the latest install files from Canopus' web page? The Setupmgr program that you find when you unzip the Canopus files is the program you'll need to run to get the files in the right place. Also, if you still have problems, I suggest a call to Canopus customer support.

Once I install VideoFX according to the manual a folder should appear on the Video Transition list of Premiere pro. The problem is after I install videoFX there is no folder on the list. I thought it might work if I install it in the Premiere pro plug ins folder but still I don't see anything happening. Is there a special way to install a plugin ? I've got project to turn in at the end of the week and I could sure use a tip before I pull all my hair out! Thanks -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
