Your standard TV screen is 720x540 pixels... so... if you size your picture to those dimensions, it will fit exactly as you want. But if your picture is taller than it is wide you will have black bands on each side. If not, it will be stretched to fill the screen & will not look natural. If this happens, right click on the clip, go to video options & turn on maintain aspect ratio. Obviously, if your picture is taller than it is wide, you will need to size it 540 tall, and just leave the width as is, or it will be distorted. If you have a bunch of "junk space" on the top & bottom of your picture (extra sky & ground) you can always crop some of it out in Photoshop to move it's dimensions closer to 720x540. In this situation I often use the gradient tool in Photoshop to fade the edges of the picture to black. This will eliminate the hard edges as your picture hits the black border. If your picture is 720x540 there will be no need to bring it in at a lower size %. Hope this helps! Lee
