.asx is a pointer file but not the actually media file. You can open it with 
notepad.

When I hover over "Watch the Video" and right click to save   as, 
"Dallas.asx" is the file name. But if I initiate a save it's way too   big to 
be .asx. Not sure what to make of that, but if it works, I don't   suppose it

Actually, it's an   "ASF" file, which is a Windows Media file with the
filename extension   changed to "ASF".
That's honestly all I did.....I fed the AVI to WME, took   the WMV file,
uploaded it to the ISP and then renamed it to an ASF   extension.
