So on the same lines, I could potentially reduce the quality and be 
able to capture more video for the Gig, right? I know this is not 
the best quality but I am looking to capture a large volume of video 
and doing direct output to a VCR of a TV program. this should do it. 
Although, I am still unsure how the DVR box retains such high 
quality with this additional compression.
