Lee and Jeff, Thanks for responding... It's a video clip (MS DV) scaled to 40% overlayed (5 sec) on a clip (MS DV) at 100% (8sec). The motion of the 40% image (clip) the motion is (off screen) left to (off screen) right. the motion is about 5sec long. I've tried 'Flicker Removal' and 'De-Interlace' in various combinations to each clip...and I still get the 'feilds' creating a flicker. flicker= the interlace feilds of the 40% clip are moving at two different rates. Even if I de-interlace the 40% clip I still get flicker. (I have gone ahead and made this in AE and it looks great) I think it might be something with; my chip set on my mother board? MS DV codec/PrePro has a problem rendering in this codec under XP? I've done this hundreds of times using Premiere 6.5/Win2K and Had no problems...go figure. On a positive note I think the ability to work with seq's in PrePro are great (alot like FCP) and I like that alot. PS MS DV = Microsoft DV
