Premiere creates archived project files automatically as you work, the
number of them determined by the setting you choose. When the maximum
number are created it begins to delete the oldest version as it saves the
newest one. If there was a point where everything was right you might be
able to get back there by opening one of the archived project files. Look
for them in the Program Files>Adobe>Premiere folder. The files (ppj) have
dates and times which might help you decide which to try. If you open the
wrong one just close it without saving and try another.

Thank you for your response.
When I completed the project all the sounds and images are like
together perfect. Then I added some more clips and event from one
place to another place. But I never thought it going affect the sound
and images. Now I have a video that some parts the musics start and
the guys sing but the video show the lip start to move 5 second
later. I don't know what I did wrong. Atried to insert the clip again
but the sound drop but not the sound.
