Really appreciate the assistance

Dear Jake
Go to the frame you want to freeze:
1.ctrl+k make a cut just before the frame; hit the right arrow on your
keyboard hit ctrl+k again. You have now cut out the frame.
2. click that frame go into file- export- frame and save it into your folder
3. go into file- import- and import your frame as a still image -should be a
bit map image in your folder
4. hit v to select the selection tool and move your film at the cut to the
right on your timeline. Insert your still image. Before you import this still
image into your project you can go into the preference setting of your
project and set the duration of the still image. This has always to happen
before
you import it.
Good luck
