FYI... when you change a drive from FAT32 to NTFS, you are not 
reformatting the drive.  Instead, you are converting it.  The process is 
non-destructive to data on the drive.  However, it is always a good idea 
to backup your drive before performing the conversion.  For information 
on converting a drive, go to Windows Help and search for "convert."
