The show is not scripted, so the only thing I'm worried about is that the
subject will get nervous trying to remember the lines he just said.  Maybe I
can "show him" the video playback of what he just said and have him say it
again.  I'm wondering why you don't recommend 2 cameras (I mean besides the
cost issue).

I would recommend not using two cameras. Use one camera and shoot it several
times from different angles. I don't know if you scripted it or not, but if
you didn't, I would do it so it will match up later. Although that may sound
crazy to have only one camera, but that's how proffessionals do it. Again,
