Hi, I've used Premiere 6.5 for a long time with the same exact settings and suddenly I'm having a problem. The clips I put on the timeline look fine, but when I export, some of them have distorted and discolored patches.
Here is an example, part of a still from the exported avi: http://www.kitzeproductions.net/wendy/distortionExample.jpg It's supposed to be a person looking off to the right, and the hair looks fine but on the face there's a blue patch and on the shoulder there's a tan patch that shouldn't be there. My clips are compressed with MS MPEG-4 V1 and that's what I use for my project settings and exported avi as well. Like I said, I used these same settings for a long time with no problem but now the problem seems to be popping up everywhere. It's not just this ppj; it happens in others as well. The only thing I can think is maybe something got corrupted, but I don't know if it could be one clip or Premiere itself, or all of my project files, or what. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you have any idea how I might fix this? Thanks, Wendy Yahoo!
