technically it doesn't matter...what matters is spill and
anti-aliasing. to avoid spill use an amber light as a back light to
suppress the green spill. anti-aliasing you can't avoid that's how
digital video operates. use a professional level chomakey application
like After Effects or Ultimatte and you'll get better key results then
just using the transparency in premiere.
