You mentioned ways other than videos, but I would HIGHLY recommend the Total 
Training DVDs.  After using 6.5 for a couple of years I purchased the 6.5 set, 
and couldn't believe I hadn't done it sooner.  They paid for themselves in 
about a week from my incresed speed.  Take a look at www.totaltraining.com
