I am new at this so excuse me if I sound like an idot. I recently
purchased Premiere Pro 1.5 and am attempting to put together a photo
montage. I imported some of my photos into the bin and on to the
timeline as BMPs (they were actual photos scanned into the project and
others as JPEGS (they were on a CD). All was fine until all of a
sudden all the JPEGS went black. It was if they disappeared. I could
go back to the file where they were all stored in and see the images,
but when I brought them on to the timeline they were not there. Is
there a problem with bringing different types of files on to the same
timeline? In other words in a project must all the photos be either
all JPEGS or all BMPS?
