I'm not sure if it's possible to do that, but what I generally do is export the movie, record it to dvd, then play it on a dvd player while recording my voice. But now I've got a good laptop with equipment that I use to record high quality sound (as opposed to a standard sound card), so I export the video and play it back in Windows Media Player while using Steinberg WaveLab to record the sound. Do it at the same time, works well.
Or if you're able to get it - Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 does it well... it's got the option to watch a video while you record sound to it. All in the one program.
