But don't forget that PPro requires XP. I assume if you're running 5.1
you're probably not using XP, so you'd need to upgrade your OS
also.....right?
I'm still using 6.5 on Win2K, so I'm faced with this same issue. It
ends up being a bit more complicated than just upgrading Premiere.
