It helps (that's what I use) but doesn't stop the flickering altogether.
You never see it on Broadcast TV, at least here in the UK. I'm guessing
its just because PS doesn't render for video. Where as premiere Titler,
and other graphics packages specifically for video do. Working in
Progressive scan would fix it, but as video producers we can't assume
everyone has a Progressive scan TV.
