Peter: I just bought yesterday an Asus P5LD2 Fry's $377.33 with Intel Pentium D Processor 820 800 MHz FSB 2 MB L2 Cache Express Chip set Fry's $260.46. I'm going to be running PPro 1.5.1 with Cineform Aspect HD. Hope this helps.
