This does not exist in Premiere Pro 7.0.

There is a free application you can download that runs as a separate
program, so it works with any version of Premiere.

There's also DV Date, which works with any version of Premiere Pro, which
should include both 7.0 (1.0) and 1.5.

My window dub question was regarding Premiere Pro 7.0. The archive
discusses an aftermarket download for version 1.5 that will burn time
code from the time line in Premiere, not read the camera original time
code that was (or should have been) imported with the clip.
